I NEVER use manure. It may contain E-Coli 274 and that’s dangerous for us.

Those leaves on the top look pretty white for not being in shade.
Could be a iron, magnesium, or zinc deficiency in the soil.
Or could be a severe lack of nitrogen but I kinda doubt that.
What kind of feed was the animal that the manure was sourced from was eating? Some of the feed has residue herbicides that make it to the manure that can kill crops.

Your soill isn’t draining due to compaction. I had the same issue. Water less for a few days and see if it perks up. Next year, I am adding a healthy amount of perlite. I fought this all year.
