I think they put it in a box instead of the plastic container because they thought they could put less in without it being noticeable but that is NOT the case.
Looks like you got some lazy employees, they usually look really good. Yet again these fucking suck to make especially during a rush

My fiancée got these for lunch and she got about twice as much and they were made really well, though the brown paper was still stuck to the top. Not sure if it’s supposed to be that way.
I’ll never understand why fast food workers can serve people something that they’d be totally unhappy about getting themselves

I don’t ever get the fries. Just not my thing. But did a rare order today since THE box is back at $5 and decided to order a cantina chicken crispy taco and it was all greasy on the outside, sealed shut barely any chicken, no cheese, and a drop of creamy jalapeno sauce. And soft taco that was supposed to have beef didn’t…I think it was the same chicken in the cantina taco. And this is why I only have TB like 2-3 times a year now.
they were probably incredible in the test kitchen. i just dont see how nobody had the foresight to know it was going to look like a used diaper full of indian food

Mine looked like this today. They tastted great, but they were like half the size of what they should be. Especially with them being $5. It was the first day my TB made these, so I’m hoping there’s some learning curve.

This was made horribly wrong. They didn’t even use the parchment paper. The grill must’ve been horrifying.

It’s “two tong portions” of fries. Unfortunately that seems to leave a lot of wiggle room for people who don’t want to bother making it good and worth the money.
