How to make Chili Garlic Oil
Ingredients:
100g red chilies
100g garlic
3 spoons soya sauce
200ml cooking oil
salt
pepper
Procedure:
1. Chop (knife or hand blender) garlic and chili in small pieces.
2. In a small pot, add 100ml cooking oil and bring it to low heat.
3. Lightly saute 100g garlic for 10 minutes or until light brown in color.
4. Add 100g chili and saute until soft.
5. Pour in the rest of the cooking oil and bring it to a simmer.
6. Once it’s fully cooked, add 3 spoons of soya sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
7. Store it in a tightly sealed container and cool it down.
