This is my attempt at recreating the original Grilled Stuft Burrito. I know it’s not exactly right… for example the original had a different sauce, and also I think it had guacamole. But I don’t like guacamole in burritos (used to order without even on the original) and this is the closest I could get to recreating the enjoyment I used to get from the original GSB. I started with the beefy melt burrito because it comes with the three cheese blend.

The guacamole was in the XXL and it added nothing. The OG grilled stufft was amazing. This is not a bad attempt but it will be hard to recreate that sauce.
Fuck. Now I’m hungry.

I gotta say I’m not a fan of the fiesta strips
