
The employees at my Taco Bell are the BEST! It’s a walk up only store. I live in a major city, in a densly populated area. They get slammed on occasion, especially late night and with delivery drivers.
They deal with drunks, homeless, delivery drivers, tourists and us locals. I watch the abuse they take and these people just smile through. Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve seen in ages. They are kind, patient and friendly.
I walk in and am extremely kind. I just tell them how much I appreciate them and they are doing a great job, which they are!!
Tonight, the manager/ boss threw these in my combo. I am more than grateful. The thing is, I’ve written corporate a few times and done surveys complementing certain employees and this particular store.
Just wanted to let everyone know that kindness matters.

Nice! I got a handful of these from a good location too as a “sorry for messing up your order” thing. I placed a mobile order and picked up in drive thru, but noticed the bag was unusually heavy. Pulled up a little ways and sure enough, it was definitely not my order, so I parked and brought it inside. Queue the workers in the back playfully bickering “I said order for frog-champ! Who’s order did you give me?”. We all had a laugh, they remade the order and gave me the coupons. Check the date though, mine expire 12/31.
Damn those homeless people for not having homes!
