Went to Taco Bell the other day and I accidentally sent my order to the wrong store. Was my fault as I usually only order from one location but on this particular day I was at another store and forgot to change it in the app. Of course the store cannot cancel the order, you have to go through customer service 800 number. I had to stay on hold for 37 minutes but the rep was really helpful and asked me if it was ok to give me a $10 off digital coupon code in my email. Said it was the fastest way to resolve it. I said sure because my order was only about $7 and change. The code arrived in my email and I
Immediately used it for a much nicer order as I ne er spend $10 there, usually just stick to the $5 cravings box. Anyhow fast forward about 5 days and these arrived in the mail as well! Good support Taco Bell!

You know, you CAN cancel an app order through the app. I have done it before when I ordered at the wrong location. You just have to go to your recent order in the app and a cancel order option should be visible in the details of the order.
Your title punctuation tells a very different story than your description
Poor store employees probably just got in trouble too. Will hit them as a 1800 complaint
There’s an 800 number!?
Every time I’ve had an issue, I went through the app which made me fill out a form… which I’m pretty sure they’ve all ignored because they treat it like you are leaving them feedback.
Multiple times I’ve lost rewards because of an app error and never got a resolution for it.
800 number? Man my app has a cancel order button.
