▶ Ingredients :
● 500 gram, Green Chili Peppers
● 1 cup, Boiled Water
● 1 cup, White Vinegar
● 2 tbsp, Sugar
● 1 tbsp, Salt.
▶ Method :
1. Slice the chili crosswise into your bite-sized rings.
2. Pour the hot water over the chilies.
3. Drain off the water.
4. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
5. Pack the chillies into a jar.
6. Pour the vinegar mixture over the chillies and than seal.
7. Let the pickled chillies sit in a room temperature overnight.
8. Cool, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
9. Serve these delicious pickled chillies with sandwiches or pizzas.
