To my surprise, when I opened up my Uber Eats, there, in all its glory, the Double Decker. It returned! And it was BOGO!!! That reduced the cost closer to it’s original price. Softened the inflated blow of these new pricings all fast food joints are succumbing to. The Double Decker stands as my favorite item on the Taco Bell menu, past or present.
I was legit falling asleep when I opened the app. It was almost 1am. But I couldn’t wait. I had to have one. It’s been so long. And nary a word about it ever returning. This is my white whale. And I know people are experiencing lackluster purchases i.e. not enough bean spread, no BOGO offers, and like the like, and I understand the frustrations.
But I’m gonna remain on the positive side. It’s back! And yes only for a limited time. But isn’t that all time?
