Here’s how:
1 cup oil
3 big garlic (60 g), chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cube, chicken/beef
3 tbsp chili powder
Heat up 1/2 cup of the oil, fry chopped garlic until golden brown. Remove from the oil & set aside. Fry chopped onion using the same oil. Put back the fried garlic. Dissolve the chicken / beef cube and mix. Add the chili powder & mix thoroughly. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of oil. Stir on high flame to boil. Once it’s boiling, bring it down to its lowest and cook for another 2 mins.
Let it cool before storing in a jar.
