Hello everyone Alicia here with another lightened up Weight Watcher friendly recipe and today I’m going to be doing one of our old favorite recipes that I’ve been making for years and that is crockpot pork chili I absolutely love this one this time of year when it is

Cold out I love doing the nice warm cozy Crock-Pot meals and that is what this one is it’s not only really tasty it is extremely easy this is just a dump and go set it and forget it recipe and like I said we absolutely love this

One so I was getting ready to make it I wanted to share it with you guys so let me first go over ingredients real quick and I’ll show you what you’re going to need to make this first off I’ve got 1 and 1/2 lbs of uncooked lean boneless

Pork chops and I’ve just cut these up into kind of 1 in cubes you could also use pork loin or pork Tinder line but I had the pork chops actually they were on sale so that’s what I went with I just made sure they were nice and lean over

Here I’ve got probably a cup and a half of chopped up baby carrots and then here is a large red onion you’re going to need a 29 oz can of diced tomatoes 29 oz can of puree or tomato puree 6 oz can of tomato paste 15 oz can

Of black beans I’m using the low sodium and a 15 oz can of kidney beans again low sodium and and then a 15 oz can of pinto I looked for low sodium could not find that so we’re just going with the regular this time I do try to use low

Sodium beans though whenever I can find them next up you’re going to need a couple teaspoons minced garlic for seasoning in this you’re going to need a teaspoon ground cumin a tablespoon chili powder teaspoon dried oregano and then about a half teaspoon salt and a half teaspoon black pepper and that is

Everything that’s in this so let me get it started I’ve got my crock poot here and as I said before this is super simple it’s just a dump everything in and go so I’m going to go ahead and just start off with my diced tomatoes tomato puree tomato paste my pork

Veggies my beans that I’ve rinsed and drained minced garlic and then my seasoning my chili powder ground cumin oregano and a salt and I do about a half teaspoon I would say I don’t usually measure this out so all just kind of to taste and pepper and again kind of same with the

Pepper it’s probably about a half teaspoon that I add in I’m going to just stir all of this together in here put the lid on set it to high and I’m going to cook this for about 6 to 8 hours or until that pork is done and

Nice and tender so I will be back at that point it has been 6 hours and this is done so what I am going to do now is I’m going to go ahead and Dish up a serving of it and then I will show you what that

Is and give you points and all that good stuff all right I’ve got a serving of this here and I’ve got this factored in at 12 servings and the serving size is a cup and this is just for that serving two points which I think is really good

Because this stuff is very filling with all the beans and the pork and all that protein in there very very filling very tasty and definitely I think two points is not bad at all for this I usually will have this with like a salad or something like that so the one cup is

Usually enough for me but with as low a point as this is you could definitely have more but as I said in the beginning this is one I’ve been making for years at least 10 years probably 12 years um and it’s just kind of a family favorite

Very easy love the fact that it’s in a crock pot and just dump and go and it’s just full of flavor so I hope you guys enjoyed this video if you try this please let me know and also be sure to check down in the description box where

You’ll find the full list of ingredients instructions points calories macros additional nutritional information as well as the WW recipe Builder link to the recipe builder for this recipe but I hope you guys enjoyed thank you so much and I will see you on the next one

  1. Thank you Alicia!! I have all these ingredients, so I'll give it a go Sunday. Great for Football Season. 😋 Hope you're having
a great day. All good here! Enjoy your weekend💟

  2. Happy New Year Alicia! What a great recipe! My hubby does not care for ground turkey, and we love pork, so thank you for sharing! I will definitely make this! Please stay safe and warm. It’s even cold here in Southern California……😊

  3. Would I be able to use a pound of ground pork for this recipe? I would think that I would brown the pork first before adding it to the crockpot.

  4. It looks delicious. Can I use minced pork instead, please? I’ll have to make this – I think we’ll all love it x
