I am over wintering my scotch bonnet plant. My other scotch bonnet plant that I’m over wintering is doing just fine. However, after cutting the branches to this plant. The blackness keeps spreading on the left branch. The blackness has stopped spreading on all of the other branches so I’m not concerned about those. I’ve already cut it back but it kept spreading past the node. Should i cut it again or do you think it will stop spreading pass the node? I have been sanitizing my pruning scissors before making the cuts.
