Beef brisket in Guajillo chilli paste. I soaked dry Guajillo chilli and blended it. Other ingredients are onion, celery, garlic, cumin powder, oregano, mixed herbs and chilli powder. No tomatoes. I let it braise for 3 hours.
Can this be chilli con carne or Texas chilli or colorado?
