In this video, I will be showing you how to cook turkey pepper soup. Pepper soup is a traditional soup from the southern part of Nigeria that most Nigerians can’t get enough of. It is delicious and also medicinal. Adjusting the quantity of the spices determines whether it is just a meal or medicine. Although turkey is not a common meat of choice for making pepper soup, you can actually make pepper soup with any animal protein of choice. The spices used are traditional Deltan pepper soup spices and also cooked the Deltan way. The soup is very delicious and not peppery. The toasted spices transformed the soup into a very enjoyable comfort food that would please any taste bud.

What are you making hello everyone welcome back to my channel if you’re new to my channel welcome today I’m going to show you how to make a very delicious turkey pepper soup for any special occasion if you don’t have turkey you can use chicken I have already washed the turkey

And I’m going to cut them into smaller pieces whenever I make peer soup I like to cut the meat into smaller pieces no matter the type of meat I’m using in my opinion I think it is a very clever way to make pepper soup unlike when you cook

I’m going to add it into a pot then pouring some water enough water to drown the meat then add some salt I’m just going to let it cook for a few minutes because I’m just blanching it first so let me show you the ingredients that I’m
