《免油炸椒盐豆腐|Deep-fry free Salt & Pepper Tofu》
椒盐豆腐轻松做,不用炸也可以外酥内软!
Salt and pepper tofu is easy to make, no need to fry, it can be crispy and soft on the inside!
食材:
硬豆腐 600克、红蔥头 2个、蒜头 3瓣、
辣椒 1-2条、葱 适量、玉米淀粉、
五香粉 ⅓茶匙、盐 ¼茶匙、芝麻油 ½茶匙、料酒 ½茶匙
Ingredients:
Firm tofu 600g, shallot 2pcs, garlic 3 cloves,
chilli 1-2pcs, spring onion, corn starch,
five spice powder ⅓tsp, salt ¼tsp
sesame oil ½tsp, cooking wine ½tsp

Salt & Pepper Tofu Firm tofu 600g Add appropriate amount of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes Drain and let cool slightly Shallot 2 pieces, garlic 3 cloves Chilli 1-2 pieces, spring onion Use kitchen towel to completely dry out tofu Corn starch Coat the tofu evenly in cornstarch
Cooking oil 1-2 tablespoon, medium to high heat Add tofu and fry until golden brown Flipping occasionally to fry on all sides Fry until the tofu has a slight crust and turns golden brown Saute the shallots, garlic and chilli until fragrant Five spice powder ⅓ teaspoon, salt ¼ teaspoon Mix well
Sesame oil ½ teaspoon, cooking wine ½ teaspoon Salt and pepper tofu is easy to make No need to fry, it can be crispy and soft on the inside “Homemade Vegan” is a channel for meat-eaters to eat less meat, and to give vegans a choice of dishes !

I like to use my actifry to parboil the tofu. It works almost the same. Next time I will try this In the actifry. Peace on earth.
