Had some pollo asada marinating, usually I do it on the skillet but kebabs are a family bbq thing for my partner so I diced it and skewered it with pineapple. Chuck steak asada. Classic salsa Verde came out perfect too, I got this new closing basket thing that works amazing for roasting it all. Makes me not miss AZ taquerias so much, ngl
