This subreddit kept getting suggested to me, and saw a post the other day appreciating chili oil/chili crisp. If I like something, I try to make it better mysef, and my most recent obsession is chili crisp. The store brands are good in a pinch, but is mostly salt/msg forward and lacking in depth and real heat.
