Wow
Cheers Latif, its always a pleasure to watch your vids. I'm going to be passing your place at one day and would LOVE to sample your cooking sir! No need to reply, you almost ALWAYS do brother but today you can rest 😉
We (Tamil Nadu) never cook chicken with spinach. Curry is from the madras version But spinach and chicken curry is healthy.
That really looks the business! Will have to try this one Latif.. Great video as always.
Looks amazing! I would marry you!
With spinich I always find not washing it makes it taste better…
Duro halar hala foga 😂
So many men watching these videos where are all the lazy feminists at???
Very interesting ‼️
You always deliver a great recipe. Sorry for all the haters out there. A great currry always. I have learned how to make curry from you. Thank you so much. ❤
Missus not interested since I cooked her your Biryani the weekend
😂 great vid 🥃🥃
Hello from New Zealand. Another excellent recipe.Shukran 🙏
Love the look of this dish, thank you for sharing it, also I really like the way you teach and explain as you go along, will give it a try soon 😊
Looks absolutely delicious! 🤤 Gonna give this one a go soon! Thanks for the recipe – keep up the great work bruv, it’s really appreciated!
You picked up the spinach from the cooker counter on video. You must be picking up things that fall on the floor and put it back into the pan.
all that
Chef, Beautiful dish! I have a question. If someone came into your lovely restaurant and had never tried BIR, what dish would you recommend?
Wotcha mate. YT keeps losing you on my subs. Got you now. Thank you very much for your years of efforts and teaching 👍
I will try this recipe. Thank you for sharing how to cook this at home. Thank you for educating us about India/Pakistan/Bangladash. Keep up the good work! ❤ from Portugal
You need to be on tv.
No one is better
I was put off using Ghee as though it was really bad but under high heat cooking vegetable oil is worse, turns toxic and Ghee is definitely the better option
A natural presenter. Do you make chicken chaat with puri? In Germany it's a cold starter… I miss the warm one.
Has anyone else here had a ROJOTI? I always see it on menus in BIRs but can find no recipe!
Looks awesome, cooked loads of your recipes this is next on my list. Cheers very much appreciated
So good
Hi Latif this weekend i am going to cook your madras , with your base, puree, and garlic & ginger, cooking for 2 do i double the spices for the curry itself before adding your base etc.many thanks please write your book.🙂
What an advertisement for integration. You are an ambassador for our 'national' dishes, wow!
Hi Latif. Thank you for the videos. I've been binging on them despite subscribing around a year ago. My 15 year old son is enjoying helping make the food with me, especially the gravy base and tomato puree. We're looking forward to finding time to come down to see you in Alsager (I'm worried that I'll fall asleep on the 50 minute drive back to Stockport 🤣). As an athiest, is it wrong that I've started saying 'bismillah' in my head when I add ingredients or start cooking? Not intending to insult anyone but you've made it part of the process
Hey mate lovely dish as always. I've cooked heaps of your dishes and they always turn out beautiful
I'm not sure if you have it over there but can you do a mango chicken recipe? Keep up the good work man 🤙
I live in a somewhat rural area in the US so going to an Indian restaurant requires travel. My wife's father was from India and we love Indian food. Your channel has helped me make dishes at home that are authentic and enjoyable. Appreciated.
Great video as but your mic is too high. It’s clipping. On the Rode go set it on level 2 ideally. You can always increase the audio gain when editing. Record at -6db and render out at -4 or -3db
Hi latif, loving your channel. I've been looking for your tikka masala red sauce but can't find it, could you repost it please or point me in the right direction please
Looks amazing. I am English but love "Indian Food" ;yes I know it comes from all over Indian Asia, but it is always flavourful and super tssty, some of my favourite food, Thanks Latif 👍
Hi could you do a takeaway chicken korma would love to see this thanks for your great work 👌
Assalamu alaikum, bhaisab. You've been doing a great job. Could you make a video to show us how to pre cooked Tarka dal for indina restaurant style?
Jazakallah, bhai
The next time I’m in the United Kingdom, I will make a trip specifically to your restaurant. Cheers from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦!
I make one of your curries once a week!! Family loves them! Keep em coming! 👍
Can you do masala dosa please mate
Love this one, will probably make it less than madras, but not only full of flavour as you say but also full of goodness, Protein, vitamins and minerals. Very healthy food, i need to find an excuse to come to your restaurant. Kevin
Hi Latif ,thanks for transforming my currys..Assuming these recepes are for one person ,would you just double up for two ?Thanks again.
That looks great ! I will be making this tomorrow (Saturday) Can I keep the marinated chicken in the fridge overnight or is that too long ?
That is one of the best looking curries I’ve seen. I’ll definitely be trying it at home.
Latif. Where can I get your apron from? 😊
Another killer dish.. but brother, pls stop using steel instruments with aluminium pans… the link to this and Alzheimer's is real. Bismillah, I would hate for u to forget how much we love you 💚.
I was in Manor Park one night, asked some lads about the buses. Got talking. Next thing I,m at a Pakistani wedding, eating. EVERYTHING. The lads were saying come upstairs and listen to music, me "in a bit, I like the food". So funny.
Hey Latiff, if someone asked me where would I like to go, pyramids, Grand Canyon, Everest? Nah, Latiffs restaurant!!!!!!
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU'VE TAUGHT ME!. I'm trying to find a recipe called thimphu chicken. Sound familiar?
I think you got it wrong. You’re meant to say East Pakistan not West Pakistan. Bangladesh used to be called East Pakistan I’m pretty sure of that.
Hi , I love your recipes , I cook for my lovely wife at home , but up to now my home curry’s were so so BUT now you’ve cranked me up a gear ! We have a great restaurant in our local town, we’re always happy to see them but now what am I to do ? I don’t need to go see them … as your dishes are so good ..
Fabulous! I am visiting you very soon, I am certain. I will build a work trip around my eating ! Mark.
