– 3 small roma tomatoes (in hindsight i wish i’d halved and cored them) – half a sweet onion – 3 cloves of garlic (gonna do 5 next time) – 1 habanero pepper – 1 jalapeno pepper
put tinfoil on a sheet tray, along with everything but the garlic and 1-2tbsp avocado oil. mix around to coat in oil. broil on high heat until charred, flipping as often as you’d like. add garlic later and don’t burn it too bad
when everything is charred / cooked to your liking (i blackened the peppers but put a light/medium char on the rest), place the ingredients in a glass cup or bowl to steam and sit. remove as much of the char as you’d like, cut the tops off the peppers, and blend with a big handful of salt. yummy. :3

Using Julio’s chips is kinda cheating, isn’t it?
^(I use them too!)

Nice work! Looks Delicious! I prefer thin crispy tortilla chips. Tostitos makes a great one.

The salsa looks delicious! Are there any tips to keep in mind while making it?
