Spicy

Fast foodies, any opinions on the ghost pepper ranch sauce?

I found it quite mild but it leaves a bit of spice on the tongue and lips for a good bit after eating.

Criminal that we lost the creamy Siracha dip for it

I like it, bit no where near as hot as ghost but tasty

  3. jackrrcox

Its ranch with only a hint of heat.

Personally I think if you use the phrase ghost pepper or any other 100k SHU peppers to brand anything, it should be hot.

I really like it. It’s not hot but it sure is tasty.

It’s by far the best “spicy” fast food sauce on there. Get some extras and use it on the Walmart brand spicy nuggs.

  6. GunGooser

The ghost nuggies are much spicier than the ranch.

  7. GiveMeBackMyClippers

Terrible. No heat. Meh ranch flavor. The spicy nuggies are 🔥, doe!

I like to mix in some powdered reaper into it

  9. Utah-hot-sauce-guy

I’d rather just add my own hot sauce to normal ranch

  10. Flavor is very good. Spice level is… there. Just not much.

Nasty ass fast food companies trying to do new things, and bastardizing any pepper while using the name for novelty’s sake.

You can add black pepper to ranch and get spicier results

I think it’s tasty. But I swear when it first came out it was actually fairly spicy. But then the next time I had the sauce it was definitely not packing as much heat.

I am a huge spice head but I hate ranch and I despise that it’s the default fast food (and some other places) base for hot dipping (or other) sauces.

Something about it always tasted spoiled or off. Could just be my restaurant. I just didn’t like it. I mix Melinda’s ghost in a bottle of spicy ranchero sauce from Taco Bell you can get from Walmart. This is my favorite condiment now.

No spice at all, but it’s a good sauce

  17. trambasm

Love it. Not that spicy, but delicious. I get it to dip my fries. Then regular ranch for the spicy nugs.

  18. jigsaw_anon

Good just not as good as blackened ranch.

I honestly wish they would just call it spicy ranch. It’s fast food spicy. No real heat anywhere to be found. It IS a delicious ranch sauce, but I’m getting tired of every fast food place releasing “ghost pepper” products that aren’t even as spicy as a jalapeno lol

As far as fast food goes I actually enjoy it but that’s of course a suuuper low bar.
Real spicy ranch thats actually both spicy and good, I highly recommend red reaper ranch, it’s my go-to.

The real key is WENDY’S HOT CHILI SAUCE thank me later

  22. Lil_Shanties

Not a fan personally, flavor wasn’t for me and spice level was just ok. Not a huge fan of ghost pepper’s flavor honestly.

  23. Slowmexicano

It’s good. Has some warmth. Can’t expect a fast food chain to be make a sauce inedible to most of its customers.

  24. Pretty-Bat-Nasty

What restaurant is this from? I might need to go verify. 🙂

  25. MoreCowbellllll

I like making my mix with good ranch and adding tabasco scorpion pepper sauce. Yummy!

  26. noodle-face

Tastes pretty good but ghost pepper it is not

  27. wickedspork

Delicious but not hot at all unless you count heartburn.

  28. Brian-Skrudland-39

I ate it today both as a dip for my fries and condiment for my ‘spicy’ chicken sandwich. Not much happening, I’d say.

  29. Baystain

It’s amazing and I want to melt it into an ash and then SMOKE IT!

Not spicy but a good sauce. I put some drops of ghost pepper hot sauce in it to spice it up.
