Pepper Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe – Easy

Ingredients
1 skinless boneless chicken breast
4 tsp chili powder
4 tsp cumin
2 tsp chipotle flakes
2 tsp marjoram leaves
himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 fresh jalapeno pepper
3 tsp olive oil
4 to 6 toothpicks

Step 1 preheat your airfryer to 400 degrees.

Step 2
Mix the chili powder, cumin, chipotle flakes, marjoram, salt and pepper.

Step 3
Place the chicken on a cutting board, and cut horizontally through the
middle. Pound each half using a kitchen mallet about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 4
Generously sprinkle each half with the seasoning mix, place the peppers
and onions on each half. Roll each half and use the toothpicks to secure.

Step 5
Roll each stuffed breast in the remaining seasoning, place in a baking dish
drizzle each half with the olive oil until evenly coated.

Step 6
Place in the airfryer for 6 minutes, lay a few strips of peppers over the chicken,
bake for 5 minutes more, or till an internal temperature reads at least 165 degrees.
