Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito:
Add beef (or whatever protein), add pico, add three cheese, grill. I kept the creamy jalapeño but spicy ranch might be closer to the original Pepper-Jack(Baja) sauce thinking back. Came out to a similar size as well. That first bite was like a punch in the face of nostalgia. The pico addition has been a game changer.
