Ingredients
Sage
Thyme
Rosemary
2 large White onions ( chopped)
1 Red onion
8 cloves of garlic
A thumb size Ginger
6 Bell Peppers ( all colours)
Spring Onions
Petite bell peppers ( kpakpo shito)
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp of All purpose seasoning ( homemade)
3 tablespoons of Shrimp powder

to my channel this is my here and it’s

today is the first time stopping by
hello there and welcome so today on the
menu we are making hot pepper sauce this
is so so delicious and I know you will
love it so if you want to know how I
made this deliciousness please stick and
stay with me till the end and let’s make
this

of so on my tray these are the
vegetables I’ll be using for this recipe
I have my bell peppers I have my onions
garlic spring onions and I have my
Rosemary yes
I also have my

sage and I have my th use any helps of
your choice so I’ll go ahead and chop up
all my vegetables before we can proceed
to the next stage if today is the first

Facebook as you can see I’m de seeding
it but you can also add the seeds and
blend it all together okay yes so I’m
just chopping up my vegetables and when
we are done we will continue with the
process this is so simple to make and
when you make this you you will be
making it all the time because you can
enjoy this with your jellof rice your
white rice your fried yams and what have
you you can enjoy it with almost
everything hot pepper sauce
W Fe as I said earlier on you can
include the seeds of the bell peppers
okay yes we are now done with our Bell
peers so now let’s go ahead and chop up
our spring onions if you don’t want your
sauce to be smooth just use the pause
button of your blender okay yes
I want mine to be in between so now we
are almost done with our chins we have
our Ginger and I’ll add in my garlic and
of course I’ll come in with my
papush and here is my Rosemary I will
remove it from the stems and add it onto
my
vegetables I’m using Quito or Petty bell
peppers for my hot pepper sauce but use
any pepper of your choice
I’m now adding my th onto my vegetables
so we will be able to blend everything
together we
I so I’m adding in my sage if you don’t
have Sage at your end use any hers of
your choice okay so here everything goes
into my blender as I said earlier on we
will blend everything together right and
we’re going to blend this with oil yes
don’t use water to blend it if not it
will take a long time before it
dehydrates from the sauce so I will be
blending it with oil to your own
consistency
okay so now go ahead and add my Blended
vegetables into my pot and let’s start
cooking this okay we will give it a stir
and then cover the pot to avoid messing
up on my stove okay the platter is too
much with this sauce okay so I’ll
continue giving it a stir and then go
ahead and cover it again don’t leave it
unattended if not it will burn okay and
we don’t want any burnt hot pepper sauce
no way so as you can see me doing I’ve
been staring continuously okay yes after
15 minutes of cooking the sauce I can
see some oil popping up on top of it so
so it’s time to add in some spices I
added in my shrimp powder yes and then
come in with my homemade o pepper
seasoning add some salt to taste and
then go ahead and mix this all together
until everything is well
combined by adding the shrimp powder oh
my God it takes your sauce to the next
level don’t forget that shrimp powder or
fish powder works perfectly for this
sauce okay just look at that you can see
the oil popping up on top of it and we
are almost done it tastes
amazing you can use this sauce to
marinate your chicken your fish anything
that you want you can also add it to
your tomato Bas you and it tastes
amazing guys give it a try and you will
love it as I said earlier on you can
enjoy this with your plain rice your jof
rice your fried yams skinky bangu and
what have you
let your sauce cool completely and
bottle it and this can be in your fridge
up to 6 weeks okay or you can keep it
longer in your freezer thank you all so
