My second attempt in growing Carolina Reaper. Advice needed

First time I tried growing peppers, all the flowers fell off and I haven’t had any single pepper:(
Anyways, I am wondering if my new peppers require bigger pots already? I can see the roots on the sides of the clear pot (2 picture)
