This is either Trinidad scorpion or dragon's breath.
I looked for pests and couldn't find any and I water when the top of the soil dries out.
It's standing next to south west facing window.
The leaves used to grow big but the newest two are very small, curled, and look wet on its tips (3rd photo, I cut this part off). Other leaves are getting some black spots.
I have repotted recently, but these symptoms were showing up before.
I have fertilized right after I repotted (NPK 7-3-7, the box says it’s for peppers). I have two more peppers like this in other pots and they’re doing very well, I treat all of them the same way.
What is happening and what should I do?
