Pepper profile – love the scotch bonnet/habanero combo.
Texture – chunky-ish for a sauce. I personally love it but not for everyone.
Heat – ~6 range on the hot ones scale.
Flavor – 11/10. This is one of the best tasting sauces I’ve ever had. The flavor of the peppers are the star in this relatively acidic sauce.
Saw this sauce on this sub a while ago and made the purchase. Glad I did. This is going to be an “always in the fridge” sauce for me.
