These are some of my favorite local sauces from Fat Baby Hot Sauce. I was at a farmers market and was able to taste every single sauce in their lineup and they were all amazing in their own ways. All of them are on the chunkier side and have a great texture that adds to stuff like tacos and burgers. Ed Teach's Tonic is my favorite, and the most spicy of all of them plus the smoked Scorpion pepper brings a huge dose of umami and really rounds it out before the Reaper heat rolls in nice and easy. Highly recommend! They do sell these online too.
