A taco spot in Flushing had 5 hot sauce options on each table, and I wanted to try them all before deciding which one to put on my tacos.

I wasn’t really paying attention to the labels and began the taste test by squeezing out a hefty dollop of this onto my spoon. The color scheme of the label and the color of the sauce made me think it would be mild like Valentina — it was not. Immediate heat but awesome flavor. Took me by surprise!
