These are some of the most flavorful hot sauces I've ever had. From left to right it goes mild to hot. They won't kick your butt like a scorpion or ghost. They are delicious and if you don't respect them you will pay after a couple minutes. They have amazing dry rubs as well, one of my secrets. Taste great on everything from vegetables to tri tip.
