Review of current sauces.

  1. Queens majesty Scotch bonnet and ginger – good for fried items, especially chicken nuggets or fried chicken sandwichs. Medium spicy level. Unique ginger and citrus zest flavor. Doesn't mix well with other hot sauces (from the stock I have).

  2. Melinda's Ghost pepper – great on everything I tried. Medium spicy level. Good taste, not over powering. Mixes well with a lot of hot sauces and foods. Pairs well with a lot of foods.

  3. Yellow Bird – Habanero hot sauce. Medium-low spicyness. Great fruity flavor. Doesn't mix well with other sauces. Does mix well with #2 though.

  4. Tabasco scorpion – good on everything. High Spicy level. Tastes a little fruity and like vinegar (as tabasco does). Does not mix well with other sauces. Sauce taste can be muted when adding into things such as humus or chili. Heat remains with a little hint of the sauces flavor.

  5. Wild brine spicy Kimchi Sriracha – good on tacos or anything that you add Pico de Gallo to. Tastes like pico de Gallo to be honest with a hint of a cabbage-ish taste. It's more of a fibery-spread texture than sauce. Low spicy. You can eat a spoonful of this and not need a drink of water.

  6. Marie Sharps belizean heat – Good on everything I tried. Medium Spicy. Tastes isn't over powering. Mixes well with other sauces. Mixes well with #2 and #3 and #10 so far. Good all around sauce.

  7. Yellow Bird – Blue Agave Sriracha – almost has zero taste. Medium-High spicyness. Can be mixed with other sauces to add heat.I might be allergic to something in this,as it always leaves me with a sore through for a day or so after eating it. (Tried 3 times independently to make sure).

  8. Huy fong oods Chili Garlic Sauce – Good for mixing into foods. Medium-low spicy. Great garlic taste. Goes great with South Asian and Asian foods, as well as pasta dishes.

  9. Cholula Hot sauce – great for everyday use. Low spicy. Great mild vinegar taste. I use this when making elotes style corn at home or just need a hint of hot sauce taste without the heat.

  10. Yellow Bird – Serrano Hot Sauce. Didn't pair well with a lot foods I tried it with. Great on Tacos, but I prefer others for Tacos. Medium-low spicy. Taste like Serrano Peppers which I love cooked in food. But the sauce by itself is okay, we'll be used if everything else runs out.

My favorites in no particular order:

1.Queens Majesty Scotch bonnet and ginger.
2.Melinda's Ghost pepper.
3.Marie Sharps belizean heat.
4.Yellow Bird Habenro.
5.Tobacco Scorpion.

Best all arounder sauces in my opinion areMelinda's Ghost pepper and Marie Sharps belizean heat. These two mixed is awesome as well.
