Fermenting my garden peppers!


Tobasco, habanero, cayenne, jalapeno, and scotch bonnet suicide mash with society garlic, onion, carrot and seasonings blend outside because baby was sleeping. Im going to let hang out for 48 hours then add vinegar then let hang out for 2 weeks and see whats up. First time attempting sauce so I made sure to throw every pepper in there so i have no real clue how each pepper is affecting the sauce.
