These guys had a stand setup at my local fair, got too try all of their sauces and man I was just blown away. It's definitely going for flavor over heat but that's why I love it. The pepper flavor comes through in a big way with some heat chasing behind. I bought every kind they had, their steak rub is 🔥 too.
