



This is the best chilli crisp Ive had. Trust the Thai when it comes to heat! I also love the garlic ratio. It says paste, but its just because the palm oil is semi solid at room temperature. I prefer it to the more oily crisps, but you could add 20-30% of the volume worth of oil to this if you wanted something more like Lauganma
