I went to the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World. It’s the overlay for Splash Mountain, and the whole thing is based on the 2009 movie Princess and the Frog. The protagonist’s entire goal is opening a restaurant based on southern cuisine. Anyhow, they had a hot sauce based on everything. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at the ingrienents! Took it home and, while not too spicy, I was pleasantly surprised with the kick it gave.
