Got this as a gift a couple of weeks ago, I hadn’t seen it before. I started with a just a little taste… interesting. Suddenly I’m half a bottle deep – I keep reaching for it: tacos, pork chops, chicken, breakfast sandwiches… seems to work with everything! Nice bite – only medium heat but enough to open the sinuses, and an awesome garlicky tang that lingers… unlike any of my other hot sauces. I had never seen this before but now I’ll have to seek it out. I’m on the East coast so this certainly isn’t local to me.
