

Wanted to try and make some. I have a lot of super hots in the mail and wanted to do a test run with habaneros before I use scorpions and ghosts.
Let me know if anyone has any recommendations.
Ingredients:
37 ish habaneros
2 bell peppers
4 medium chucks of pineapple
Half a white nectarine
Half a white onion
3 cloves of garlic
Then abit of water and 2.5% salt of the given grams of the ingredients.
Going to let it ferment a few weeks then add some white vinegar and add to fridge. Will make an update post,
