Doing some pantry and fridge cleaning, so thought I'd share my addiction. Funny enough, I mostly stopped buying sauce the past few years, but people keep giving me sauces. On top of that, I've been making my own fermented sauces (all the left side of the first photo), so I'm really struggling to get through these. Don't be like me. My beer fridge is half hot sauce.
