Today I was working at a Caravan and Camping expo (Adelaide, Australia) and a few displays down from the one I was working on was Whites Valley Jalapenos.
I had seen them before around the place but never tried them so had to stop by.
I met the owner/creater who does EVERYTHING. It was obvious she has a real passion for all things chilli. Her range of sauces and rubs was amazing and everything has a unique and complex flavour.
The mustard blew my mind as did her honey (not pictured and I regret not buying some).
