A couple months ago, I could be relied upon to have a few bottles of hot sauce on hand— mostly pretty pedestrian stuff… then I found this subreddit.
While I don’t have a lot of artisanal stuff in the mix, I’m pretty thrilled with my growing collection.
Thanks to this sub for the inspiration and the info, my life has never been so spicy.
