
i like making sausage. So I had the idea of making some kind of 'reaper' sausage using reaper chili powder and some kind of fruit to offset the bite. turns out a 500 to 1 mix is good for the reaper powder but i'm a bit stuck on what to pair it with. anyone do anything like this? my last go was the classic pineapple with habanero and it turned out great. i want to up the ante now 🙂
