I don't typically get hyped up on new (to me) hot sauces. This one looked intriguing and has not disappointed. It's got a honey forward taste, a good heat from the habanero, not over powering. New favorite.
If you don't want to add sweetness to a dish, you'd want to use something else. But it's balanced fairly well. Highly recommend, would purchase again.
