I’m not playing around here with this 3 gallon carboy! Picked a bunch of my peppers this morning along with a bag of frozen from last week and started my annual sriracha batch. I also have some apricot pits steeping for amaretto. I’ll bottle in 2-3 weeks then start my habanero batch.
