I grew up in New England, and Texas chili is king. Later, I spent a decade in the Cincinnati Tro state area and had the displeasure of trying their “chili.” It was awful! BUT it grew on me. Besides the county parks and riverfront concerts, I miss Skyline chili the most. Their hot sauce is phenomenal – even to this day.
