

My large family grew up on this. I still use it even though my palate has matured. I know it isn’t spicy to most people, but that nostalgic element makes it an ever-present condiment for me. Currently, I’m into variations of Iguana habanero, various el yucatecos, scorpion Tabasco, and salsa huichol.
