Here is the detailed recipe of pinwheel sandwich

*RECIPE*

1. In a bowl take one chopped onion,half chopped capsicum, half chopped tomato along with 1 tbsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp mayo and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup.
2. Mix all together.
3. Take a bread slice. Cut the corners and roll .
4. Now apply the slurry (mixture of corn flour, maida and water)on the edges and stick other bread slice.
5. Spread the butter then spread the filling we made.
6. Roll like as shown.
7. Roast for both sides on the tawa using some butter.
8. Cut and serve.
9. Your delicious pinwheel sandwich is ready. Enjoy.
