Traveling in Juneau, Alaska right now. Absolutely amazing hot sauce. Interesting enough, the 1st ingredient is kelp, which I’m sure adds some funk and body; looks like there’s still xantham gum to bind/thicken. Has a classic piri piri zing, but less acidic than you’d expect. Garlic lovers will love this, but doesn’t leave me immune to vampires.
I tried some of their others. Hope this brand gets more exposure. Good stuff, very unique.
