
Im making Trinidadian Palau for some friends on Thursday but it calls for West Indian Scotch Bonnet, but I live in Mexico and can’t get that here.
I’ve never tried it so I’m wonder if there is a good Mexican equivalent? Or if someone can describe the taste maybe I can make a good guess.
