jk I made hot sauce and it turns out it’s my cake day. I used scotch bonnets, ghost peppers, habaneros, bell peppers, red onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
Kind of a weird combination but it turned out okay. The heat is a nice, slow burn. But the flavor is lacking.
Could anyone share some tips on making hot sauce? It was only my second time and I want to learn more.
