




INGREDIENTS
4 ounces large chilies Thai Prik Kariang chilies
6 cloves garlic
2 cups water
1 ounce prik chee fah chilies
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Boil chilies and garlic with water for 5 minutes. Then blend then boil with sugar,vinegar,salt and the rest of the water, chill then bottle.
