I’m so proud of my creation, an Ecuadorianish style rocoto based hot sauce.


It’s a heavy on the heat hot sauce using a ratio of 6 rocoto peppers and one chili pepper, with a bit of apple cider vinegar, cilantro, sutil lemons, tree tomatoes, giant passionfruit juice, white onions, red bell peppers, and a bit of carrot for texture and sweetness. Also spiced with garlic, black pepper, salt, cumin, oregano, and mustard seed. I can honestly say that my hot sauce, when served fresh is the best thing I’ve ever tasted.
