
In addition to the cooked peppers (roasted in the oven) and fresh cut pineapple I blended it with some baby carrots, a quarter of an onion and a few cloves of garlic that I had sautéed in a pan while the peppers were cooking. Has one hell of a kick but I'd probably add a little more pineapple next time I make it for a little more flavor with the heat.
